Q: what is your MOQ
For products with full sublimation, MOQ is 10pcs, for cut and sewn order, MOQ is 100pcs
Q: How to order from you ?
A: Step1: Confirm the order details (design/artworks, material, quantity, sizes etc)
Step 2 : Pay the deposit
Step 3 : Arrange the production
Step 4: Approve the print proof
Step 5: Start the production base on the approved print printing and other details
Step 6: Complete the production, quality checking and packing.
Step 7: Arrange the balance
Step 8: Shipping and provide tracking number
Step 9: Receive products
Step 10: Give feedback (In order to improve our production an service)
Q: Which payment terms can you accept ?
A: We normally accept T/T(bank transfer), western union,paypal.
And 50% deposit prior to production, balance to be paid before shipping.
Q: what If I don't have the design ? can I still order from you ?
A: Yes, you can, we have professional design team which can work out the design according to your idea of the designs.
So you just need to let us know your ideas about the design or send us pictures or draft for reference.
Q: How do you deal with rush order (Within 7 days)
A: We accept rush order, but 20-50% rush fee needs to be charged for worker’s overwork.
Q: How to choose the correct colors ?
A: You can advise us the PMS colors or we can send you our color chart to choose the color code
or both not workable, we can match the colors on the screen,
but there will have color difference due to the colors show differently on different screen
Q: What format of design or logo you need?
A: CDR, EPS, PSD or PDF, High resolution JPG is acceptable as well
Q: Can you do custom tags and labels ?
A: Yes, but extra charges need to custom made tags and labels due to it requires high MOQ to custom made them.
Q: What sizes can you make ?
A: Toddlers , Youth and Adults etc, all sizes can be custom made, you can send us your own size chart too.
